Mrs Afflalo has worked in key leadership positions in various areas of healthcare which include: skilled nursing, hospice, acute care/rehab, and home healthcare.

 

Mrs Afflalo was appointed as President of Attentive Care Corporation in August of 2020 and also serves on the Board of Directors. She oversee operations and provide support throughout all divisions, which include: Homecare Services and Medical Staffing.

 

Her focus is to implement a culture throughout the company which is aligned with its mission. She works along side the executive team, directors and managers to develop strategic plans that are community driven and patient centered.

Mrs Afflalo graduated from Kaplan University School of Nursing in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Leonard Afflalo

Mr Afflalo has over 20 years experience in business, leadership and also serves on the board of directors. He coordinates and oversee capital planning, facilities maintenance and construction projects. Mr Afflalo also ensures functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability, and efficiency of physical assets.

 

Mr Afflalo oversee the  implementation of digital and technological solutions, operations and infrastructure. Ensuring that technology initiatives meet overall company objectives and long term goals.

Carmen Phillips

Administrative Support/Quality/Compliance

Ms Phillips has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry specifically in home health care. She provides administrative support to office managers and staff, as well as, ensuring quality and compliance measures company wide.

 

She works alongside the executive team to provide strategy, best practices, and healthcare professional review and guidance.
