Georgina "Gina" Afflalo
President
Executive Director of Operations
Mrs Afflalo graduated from nursing school in 2010 and has worked in various areas of healthcare which include: skilled nursing, hospice, acute care/rehab, care management and home healthcare. Her focus is to implement a culture throughout the company which is aligned with its mission. She works along side the executive team and managers to develop strategic plans that are community driven and patient centered.

Leonard Afflalo
Vice President
Executive Director of Facilities Management
Mr Afflalo has over 20 years experience in business and leadership. He coordinates and oversee capital planning, facilities maintenance and construction projects. Adopt and implement digital and technological solutions company wide.

Dianne Lester
Chief Compliance and Quality
Ms Lester has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry in long term care (LTC) consulting. She works alongside the executive team to provide compliance and strategy, best practices, healthcare professional review and guidance.

Samantha "Sam" Nikolaou
Director of Sales and Marketing
Ms Nikolaou has over 10 years in healthcare sales and marketing she oversees all community partnerships, corporate events, marketing and sales teams.

What We Do
Attentive Care Corporation is a healthcare company that provides home healthcare to the elderly, disabled adults and children. We also partner with facilities to provide trained and competent healthcare personnel. We operate locations in the Southeast and Central Florida Regions.
Who We Are
Our dedicated and hardworking healthcare staff include: RN's, LPN's, CNA's, HHA"s and Medical Social Workers. Many of home bring with them years of training and experience in the field of healthcare and caregiving. Our administrative staff work tirelessly each day to support our healthcare staff, while ensuring appropriate coordination of care and adherence to Florida state guidelines.
